Ordenes nacionales (Estados Unidos) :  Le pedimos que confirmen su dirección antes de hacer la orden tal como cuando recibe una carta del correo, y si es un edificio el NUMERO DE APARTAMENTO es necesario, si existe alguna devolución del correo por falta de información en su dirección,el cliente es responsable de pagar nuevamente por el envio. 

Al ser enviado su paquete, el correo postal USPS es responsable por entregarlo a tiempo y a la dirección que este en la orden. Si existe algún tipo de perdida del paquete, el cliente debe de contactar a su oficina postal para hacer el reclamo , NO SOMOS RESPONSABLES POR LA PERDIDA DEL PAQUETE . 

Su paquete esta asegurado hasta $200 por parte de USPS. Si el cliente no recibe su paquete en un periodo de mas de 15 días después de la fecha de envío, abriremos un caso a través de la pagina web del correo para hacer la reclamación correspondiente.

 

PRODUCTOS : Si el producto que usted pide en el momento no esta disponible, se le hara el reembolso del mismo al momento de despachar su orden ,o si esta el numero de contacto se enviara un text message al cliente preguntando si desea remplazarlo, si el cliente no contesta se le hara el reembolso del mismo

National orders (United States): We ask that you confirm your address before placing the order such as when you receive a letter from the mail, and if it is a building the APARTMENT NUMBER is necessary, if there is any return of the mail due to lack of information in your address, the customer is responsible for paying again for shipping.

When your package is shipped, USPS is responsible for delivering it on time and to the address listed on the order. If there is any type of package loss, the customer must contact their post office to make the claim, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF THE PACKAGE.
